As much as we love Halloween, we always seem to put off carving our pumpkins until the last minute. This year we carved the night before Halloween, which was nice, and here's our finished product. The last couple of years we've ditched the patterns and have found ideas online. I don't think anything will top Travis' pumpkin last year, but he always has the coolest pumpkin in our group.
This year we were inspired by Martha Stewart's designs. I think ours turned out OK, but we're no Martha.

I love the jack-o-lanterns. Our family always gets to Halloween and then says, "maybe next year we'll do those".
